In accordance with the assumptions, the design provides for an all-year-round stadium with minimum roofing due to limited financing. Therefore, a depression was used with stands made on the slopes and covered with a special roof structure that may be opened in several hundred independent fields. The system is more reliable than any other known solutions. A fault of a single field does not affect the operation of the other fields. The system has been patented by MCS.
